1. Use of Our Store

You may use the Everluxe website to browse products and place genuine orders for personal use.

There is no minimum age requirement to browse or purchase from our store. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided while placing an order is accurate.

However, product images may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or display differences. Actual product colours may also vary depending on product availability.

3. Pricing

Product prices displayed on the Everluxe website may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to the provisions regarding pricing errors below.

4. Pricing & Information Errors

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product and pricing information, errors may occasionally occur.

If an order contains an incorrect price, product information, availability information, or other significant error, Everluxe reserves the right to cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been made.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation by Everluxe

Placing an order does not guarantee that Everluxe will be able to fulfil it in every circumstance.

Everluxe reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in situations including, but not limited to:

- Product unavailability
- Stock errors
- Pricing or information errors
- Payment-related issues
- Technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Other circumstances that prevent proper fulfilment of the order

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.

6. Customer Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, customer-requested cancellation will not be available.

7. Payments

Everluxe currently accepts prepaid orders through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

8. Shipping

Shipping charges, estimated processing times, delivery timelines, tracking information, and RTO-related terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

9. Refunds

Refunds are available only in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Everluxe does not offer general returns for change of mind, personal preference, or similar reasons.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Everluxe website, including but not limited to the Everluxe brand name, logo, product photographs, graphics, designs, text, descriptions, and other original content, belongs to or is used by Everluxe with appropriate rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or use Everluxe's content or branding for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Everluxe website, attempt to interfere with its operation, use it for fraudulent purposes, or engage in any activity that may harm the website, business, or other customers.
